However, in order to arrange approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Department for picking your visa on arrival at international airports of Vietnam, we must work legally under business law and immigration law of Vietnam. Therefore visa on arrival Vietnam at the airports is legitimated & supported by Vietnam Immigration Department.
We must establish legally under the laws of Vietnam & we have to provide a lot of papers and documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department in order to get approval letter for your visa on arrival at Vietnam International Airports. Therefore we have to charge you a fee that we called service fee in order to prepare papers, documents, send courier to submit your visa applications, queuing to get approval letter and scan to send it to your email, making sure your visa run smoothly on arrival at the airport of Vietnam.
Please also note that you can contact directly at Vietnam embassy or consulate in your country to get a visa for entering Vietnam or contact Vietnam Immigration Department in person to get approval letter for picking up visa on arrival at international airport of Vietnam If you don't want to pay us service fee as mentioned.
Apart from service fee pay for us to get approval letter for picking up your visa on arrival at Vietnam airports, you have to pay for for visa fee that we called stamp fee. It's $45USD/pp for single entry visa 1 month or 3 months; $65USD/pp for less than 1 month multiple entry visa; $95USD/pp for multiple entries visa 1 month or 3 months and $135USD/pp for 6 month multiple entry visa. (According to Circular No. 190/2012/TT-BTC on November 09, 2012 approved and signed by Vietnam Finance Ministry)
