I just visited website of Vietnam embassy in France and I see that the embassy inform that Vietnam visa on arrival is scam. I am worry about this. I already apply for the approval letter for Vietnam visa on arrival and paid for that. This is my first time visit Vietnam and I dont know much about Vietnam visa on arrival. I am very confused about the notice on the website of Vietnam embassy in Paris. Please tell me no problem with my Vietnam visa on arrival because my tickets, hotels & tours already booked.

I live very far from Vietnam embassy in Toronto, Canada and I want to visit Vietnam next month with my family. I want to apply Vietnam visa on arrival with you because I found it is cheap and convenience for us, I can get visa for Vietnam without queuing at embassy. However, I just found that there is a notice from the website of Vietnam embassy saying that your Vietnam visa on arrival service is not trustworthy and scam service. I visit some forum from lonelyplanet.com, tripadvisor.ca, travelfish.org, .... they all said visa on arrival work excellent. Please tell me if your Vietnam visa on arrival service work well now or outdated ?

I heard from Vietnam embassy that Vietnam visa on arrival is not true. I am worry about that. I live quite far a way from Vietnam embassy location and I want to apply online with you to save my time & money for getting visa at embassy. However, when I call to the embassy to check information about Vietnam visa on arrival and they said that visa on arrival is not true and not official. I want to cancel your visa application with you, please cancel & refund for this case.
